Morningside Neighborhood Association was incorporated September 4, 1976 in the State of Missouri.

We believe strongly community associations are the grass roots level of democracy. Owners in our association freely elect neighbors who volunteer to serve on the Board of Directors for Morningside Neighborhood Association. Neighbors serve on committees and help with special tasks as needed.

Board members and committee members are volunteer leaders of our neighborhood. A board meeting at a community association is comparable to a town council meeting of a municipality.
